Great Place, Very Honest. My son goes to ISU and was having car problems. I had driven the car also and the driver side front brake was grinding when I wasn’t pushing the brake pedal. Seemed like the caliper was stuck. He took it to Tuffy Auto and was quoted $760 for one new caliper, one pad and one rotor. I thought this was ridiculous and called my guy here in Naperville and he said should be about $450.After looking at the reviews I called Baird. Talked with Darrell on the phone, very nice guy, and without telling him the whole story asked for a quote on the work mentioned above. He said $485 and that would include a new pad on both sides since they are sold in pairs. My son had the car there by noon and it was done by 4. Price as promised $485. If you have a son or daughter going to ISU and they need auto work done I would highly recommend this place
