Been in bloomington for some years now for school, even all my time in chicago i havent been more taken care of anywhere else. Once again bairds went above and beyond. I brought my 2018 bmw 440 xdrive in because My metal tire valve stem caps corroded shut and i had low tire pressure, Went to 4 different shops in town 2 advised other places, sams club told me to get a new tire, another shop was going to just rip the valve stem off. Called bairds and told me to come right in, they got the caps off in 5 minutes free of charge. Malcolm was very helpful and funny as well in the process. Next day somthing was tapping the ground from under my car, i called bairds 3 hrs before close on a friday, they got me in quickly and on my way in 25 minutes. They always go above and beyond for their costumers and their waiting room has tons of condiments. I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else👍

As an ISU dad trying to get kids' cars fixed remotely, Austin at Baird Auto couldn't have made it easier. Was fast, thorough, kept me in the loop, got an estimate and was able to pay with my credit card, not the kids'. Was our 2nd experience w Baird. Would definitely use them again.

I showed up that morning when first opened. I had problems with my battery. I told them I needed a new. They had check whole car. They kept almost closing. Only end up changing the battery. They changed almost $500 dollars. I left very disappointed. I will never return. I felt scammed and ripped off.
