Baird's replaced a blower motor in our car in July of 2024 and it failed again October 2026. I called Baird's and was told that it had a 3 year warranty so I told my son to bring the car home from Indianapolis for repair. The morning of the repair I was told that the warranty was only 1 year and the repairs would be $610. I was also told that the 2024 repair failed because the technician installed it incorrectly and burnt up the resister. That technician no longer worked for Baird's. When I picked up the car I pointed out their website advertised a 5 year warranty and was told that when installed in 2024 it was only a 2 year warranty. Baird's discounted me the price of the new part (approximately $200) but would not cover the labor. I paid $412 to replace a 2 year old part that failed due their technician's incompetence. Plus I could have had the car repaired in Indianapolis had I been given accurate information about the length of the warranty.

I was able to get in the same day I called. Shuttle service took me to work and picked me up when my car was ready. I was having front and rear brakes installed. When they reassess the rear brakes they were ok so they did not replace them. I appreciate the honesty and will return

Malcolm helped me every step of the way. Told me everything that they had to do to my vehicle. Will definitely be going back to them. Also shuttle driver Larry is nice.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, expected I’d be there about an hour since I was the first in at 7:10 Took almost 2 hours for there “no wait” oil change. 1hr 50min, no respect for another persons time with no updates until I asked for an ETA, he went in and said they were performing an inspection and putting the tires on and will be good to go another 35 minutes went by. Just don’t expect a fast oil change, they take there sweet time.

I came for tire repair, they have a great staff and a comfortable environment to wait in :) Malcolm Burton and the guys came to my rescue with replacing 2 flats for me the first visit. The second visit, he recognized me and welcomed me back. I had the unfortunate luck of getting a screw in my tire but they were quick and polite taking care of my tire in record time (while providing service to at least three other customers)!!
